Man oh man, I woke up two hours earlier than necessary to get ready for our trip home to Houston, Tx this year for Christmas. Lots of anxious anticipation, not to mention sheer terror at traveling with a 3.5 month old kept me from sleeping too long. Also, we three had the privilege of coming down with colds on Thursday and Friday. Lots of tissue and burp rags will be needed for this trip, no doubt.
We can’t wait to see our families, friends, and favorite restaurants on this trip. We’re spending a decent amount of time in town, so look for us because we’re coming to find you! And we like to eat…

So how did the travel go? Better than expected? Worse than expected? Met expectations?
She was great! Although we did have a blowout diaper on her clothes and a full body spit up situation in that tiny airplane bathroom.
I’d like to make an additional comment that the blow out diaper happened in a disposable NOT the cloth diapering system we’ve been using. Those diapers have been rock star when it comes to leaks and blow outs.
hehe! Glad you have a successful first flight with the baby. An overflowing diaper and extra baby juice down the body wasn’t too bad!
